Senior leadership is impersonal and does not support their teams. Departments are very siloed and territorial. There is a huge focus on outsourcing overseas and third-parties to cut expenses, so employees are not being valued. Due to turnover from either layoffs or leaving voluntarily, the work culture has declined and institutional knowledge is being lost.
