You will have weekends off, good PTO (about one day of vacation and one day of sick a paycheck), and awesome coworkers.

Cons

You have very high case loads (400+ members) which lead to unrealistic expectations a lot of stress. Also, once you get to know the members on your case load, your case load will change and you get a new lot of members. My biggest complaint is the management. Some of them are VERY unprofessional. They gossip about colleagues with doors wide open and curse workers out. They are also very quick to throw you under the bus if its beneficial to them.
