Pros

I worked on the Prevention side of the company. So i had an opportunity to do community mobilization, grant writing, supervising, marketing and collaboration with the mental health division of the company. We had a very flexible schedule, upward mobility opportunities, great team to work with and supportive senior management team.

Cons

evening hours, sometimes weekends, pay was average could have been more competitive.

Great employees, but the upper management is destroying employee morale.

The employees are great, and work hard and frequently step out of their role to assist as a team player. Employees are definitely in it for the "greater good" and not for the money!

Cons

Doesn't pay well and has excessively high, unrealistic expectations of employees. Also, upper management frequently only makes appearances when necessary, and has no problem with stepping on toes or throwing their "underlings" under the bus to make themselves look good.
