Pros

Working with the behavioral health and substance abuse community. The providers are great. Paid benefits by company. 11 paid holidays.

Cons

Poor upper management. No incentives. Low pay despite years of experience. No bonuses or raises for anyone not corporate, including those well over a year employment. Cut provider pay to go towards deficit, however corporate received large bonuses. Staff morale is very low. Poor communication between departments. Work load not balanced.
