If the Person is passionate then there is an exponential learning curve. Above market standard salary, Good increments. This role offers to learn in multiple disciplines in technical as well as interpersonal skills.

Cons

Recent shift in organization culture in Bengaluru, india reduced the work ethics, learnings, work satisfaction. Good only for early careers. Recent organization changes in india lead to less skilled people (but being in organization for a long period) taking up higher positions has drastically reduced workculture. A lot of Micromanagent. Current MD just throws any emails without humility towards employee, poor corporate language. Current MD asks employees to do just as he says Current culture has No consideration towards employee well being, instead of motivating he would threaten employees literally every now and then to leave the company.
