Friendly colleagues and a lot of very smart people around the office. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Not many. You do a lot of smaller tasks helping customers rather than digging very deeply into one big project, which some might not like but I enjoy the variety.

The Cambridge, UK office is an ideal place to start your career. Fun, relaxed environment and you will learn a lot. There are often starter jobs available and I recommend taking one if it fits for you.

Cons

Lack of progression after a point if your boss doesn't leave at the right time (but even then, you are set up well to apply elsewhere and what you learned here will serve you well).
