A good and fair compensation package for the work you perform. Benefits are not bad either.

Cons

Management is a little rough at times. They all seem to be in the self protect mode. The CEO is a saint... its a shame he's getting snowed.

Pay was decent, you get an extra dollar for being in the PERS department. Christmas bonuses were good as well as the Christmas party. Coworkers are great

Cons

Managers have favorites who get special privileges and everyone else is micro managed to hell.
