Cons

It takes a certain kind of person to handle the work. You need to be the calming voice of reason at someone's hour of need. Can be stressful on the rare occasion, but you will not handle it alone.

Amazing staff, clean facility, fun environment, always busy days, always overtime when needed

Cons

The hourly pay can be a few dollars more being that we do work with some serious situations that may be life threatening

Pros

Kind people who are doing their best, can quickly move up the (small) management ladder because if you stay longer than 6 months you have more experience than 50% of the people there.

Cons

Dismal work environment (ugliest and most defunct workspace I've ever been in-- me and my coworkers would fight over good chairs and working computers), coworkers are bummed out, high turnover rate, clients are rude and often senseless, bathroom breaks are monitored, a general sense of hopelessness and stagnation. I was so thrilled to get out of there.
