      Weekly pay is the only pro

      Literally everything else. Management, the pay, waking up at 7am to drive to work to get verbally assaulted by people you don’t know for less than $14 an hour, they still point you for doctors notes, they don’t properly train operators, they bribe their employees for good reviews, they stopped giving out bonuses, they don’t allow mental health days, you only get benefits if you’re full time and they don’t explain to you what benefits you have, if you’re out of the room for more than 5 minutes they’ll send somebody to come get you, they are not honest people, and much more

      Pros

      You need to want to help people at their moment of need, to be the calming voice of reason to keep them safe. It will be very satisifying!

      Cons

      You need to be to work on time for your shift. Most of the work can be repetitive, even boring 99% of the time. It's that 1% where you will be challenged. But you will not be alone. Shift supervisors and managers will be there to assist you if needed.
