Working at cops for the past 6 years has been absolutely amazing. There is a lot of ways to excel within the company and grow. The management team is absolutely amazing. Each manager and supervisor show empathy, and support you no matter what. The site manager Sammie and assistant site manager Anthony will bend over backwards to make sure their managers and dispatchers are taken care of. I am so thankful to work for a company like this. Cops monitoring is like one giant family that you WANT to be a part of.

Cons

In 6 years I haven’t ran into a problem at this company that I have not been assisted with. I truly find no cons in having a job here.
