      Pros

      The management team does all they can to help their employees. Everyone is always positive. The benefits are awesome.There is an open door policy and the higher ups are always willing to listen to your concern. Their time and energy does not go unnoticed.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling (especially for students) Great opportunity for developing communication skills and professionalism

      Cons

      Sitting in a room with no windows for hours on end unable to leave unless you have to use bathroom and for break. And having to ask to be put in a bathroom line every time you have to go. Pay could be a little better, as well.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great management, love the assistant site manager and the site manager. They are very fair in everything they do. We get evaluated and every time it's been factual and very encouraging. They make you feel like they truly care about you and your future with them. I really love working here.

      Cons

      The activity can get really busy but I feel like that's what makes the day go quicker.
