      Pros

      The management team really cares about their employees they offer a lot of perks and a friendly setting from the start. They are able to accommodate and work with you based on your needs whether it be a change in schedule or additional time for training, they are always there for you. All around a great place to work with a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      The commute from work to home ended up being too much.

      Pros

      The management team does all they can to help their employees. Everyone is always positive. The benefits are awesome.There is an open door policy and the higher ups are always willing to listen to your concern. Their time and energy does not go unnoticed.

      Pros

      Paycheck always cleared which is nice. Decent benefits as well.

      Cons

      I am a pretty positive person but it was hard to come to work at C.O.P.S . The management style is old school and very punitive. The pay for this area is way too low.
