Pros

Is a well known and established Central Monitoring center for nationwide services for Security Dealers to partner with and they are very focused on redundancy, no downtime and have been in place for some time. As an Account Executive, you were able to work remote from a home office.

Cons

At the time that I was employed at COPS in 2012, the paperwork to come on board as a partner of the services (as a Security Dealer, under COPS Monitoring) was tedious and tended to frustrate dealers who were looking for more seamless sign-ups to become a partner. This made it a little more difficult, as an Account Executive who recruited Dealers to join COPS for the services which did pose a challenge from time to time.
