Pros

I'm completely impressed with working for Cora's Bart Team. Communication between teams is fantastic, and I feel supported on a daily basis which in turns makes my job a pleasant one.

Cons

I truly have no cons in my roll with Cora.

We regret your experience with management was frustrating. While your perspective differs from recent teacher survey feedback—where most teachers described SON as supportive and 93% felt comfortable discussing issues with their administrator—we recognize that communication, efficiency, and workload are areas where we continue to grow. While we have no record of any staff concerns being suppressed or feedback being fabricated, we remain deeply committed to listening, learning, and strengthening a respectful and supportive working environment for all staff.

Pros

Great patients and mostly friendly staff

Cons

Too many responsibilities given to each individual. Not equally shared. Very pushy to meet unrealistic goals. Very money focused over quality care.

Thank you for sharing this. While we're happy you enjoyed working with your colleagues and the patients, we’re sorry your experience felt unsustainable — burnout is real. We’ve been focused on reviewing staffing/scheduling practices so the day-to-day is manageable. If you’re open to sharing location/timeframe details, we’d like to learn more and route this to the right leaders.”
