Pros

Working at Cora Physical Therapy has several advantages that makes working here positive and a supportive environment. One of the biggest pros is how open and welcoming everyone is, which makes coming to work such an enjoyment. The schedule would be another pro as it allows for a healthy work life balance especially with kids. Lastly there are clear opportunities for growth within the company, making this a great place to build a career.

Cons

I really do not have any cons, If I had to choose one it would be the pay, but since there is room for growth in the company I feel like the pay is fine.

Thank you for this review, we're happy to hear that overall you are pleased with our processes and your personal development. We appreciate your comments about how we can improve as we are always looking to understand what's important to our team members. We also appreciate the note about 401(k) matching. While a match isn’t currently in place, we’ve expanded other ways to invest in our clinicians, including our Long-Term Incentive Program that provides $5,000 per year for eligible clinicians who remain with CORA. Thank you again for all you do for your patients and teammates.
