-Cos is probably one of the best places I’ve ever worked due to the people. -Some people within management are super understanding of personal problems. -Beautiful clothes

Cons

- No consistente schedule. - Way too much work for very little pay. Management expects the world of their employees but the pay is not up to par at all. - Since everyone is pretty close and comfortable with each other there’s some passive aggressiveness on behalf of management sometimes which is completely inappropriate. -area team is pretty disconnected and unaware of the reality of the everyday working of the store and clientele
