Pros
1. Flexible hours. 2. Coworkers. 3. Discount at other H&M stores.
Cons
1. Pay: Pay is low for how much we're expected to do, and low compared to other places in the industry. 2. Area Team: Area team is wildly disconnected with what actually happens on the floor. It's almost like none of these people have ever worked retail on the floor before, yet they have an astonishing about of control over what we should be doing, no matter how unrealistic or impractical it is. 3. Management: There's a fat line between being funny and being snarky and rude for no reason, so stop crossing it. 4. Discount: 25% may be alright at other places, but 25% off at COS on top of our basically minimum wage salary still makes COS a hard buy for us.
