      Great product mix, high integrity company. Excellent training. Lots of personnel support when you need help closing a deal.

      Cons

      Excessive expectations to sell life and financial products. Low commision rates, some of the lowest in the industry that I have seen.

      Excellent work environment, lots of training upon request, co-oped marketing, many resources and a good base pay.

      Cons

      Hard to sell insurance in general, make sure you ask for help instead of expecting it to be handed to you.
