      Good salary plus commission starting out as a sales rep management does care.

      Cons

      I don't have any con for country - they have a great product. I have all my insurance through them to this day.

      Pros

      Pay is good, you make your own hours, and you have control over how much money you make. There is a base, but with your commission pay you can make as much as you can sell. There is also great training and lots of potential for bonuses.

      Cons

      It's a tough industry so it takes the right kind of person to be able to succeed in this business.

The financial representative position is far from easy but it can be very rewarding for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort it takes to be successful.       It's a stable company.

      Cons

      Not as much room for growth in desired field due to bureaucracy. Very conservative in company culture. Leadership will always wait for what Big Brother across the street is doing, then try to follow their lead with their own version
