This company is so behind the times in terms of employee relations. If you are willing to suck up to upper managment and tell them how incredibly wonderful they are, then you should go far. I have seen so many incompetent people get promotions, only because they are good friends with management. It's a small company that has big company aspirations, but is a lawsuit in the making. They have diversity and inclusion classes, but its merely a front.
