Pros
the starting salary plus commission was nice compared to other insurance companies such as Farmers that do nothing for you.
Cons
The manager tried to get another financial rep that started at the same time as me to buy his auto and renters insurance so that he could get a policy on the books. The kid lived at home with mom and dad and they paid for his car insurance. The manager did the policy anyway and then cancelled after the month was over. Nice example to set for newemployees.
