Pros

Some Great bosses and solid health insurance.

Cons

Some bad leaders, highly underpaid, unrealistic/aggressive timelines, employees worked into the ground, compensation for home office employees is dependent upon field employees success. It hasn’t always been this way but The past couple of years have been hard. Country is struggling and every employee is feeling it.

Pros

Good claims for your clients, Easy access to underwriters and billing.

Cons

Heavy Life Insurance focus, limits your ability to specialize in other lines of insurance. Get ready to have a grey haired white manager nagging you to sell more life policies. This company is ran by old white men. The company does zero marketing, you have no name recognition when making cold calls, get hung up on pretty quick. High level management has acknowledged they will not ever market to the level of their competitors. Low commission schedules, and lots of changes incoming which will tie your production to your life insurance numbers. For a company that does zero marketing they should pay their agents higher. Cut throat corporate officers breathing down your neck. Upper management uses the agents/producers as scapegoats for their failures. This is a shrinking company which does zero marketing. This is not how you grow in 2022.

Pros

Good support by agency, good training and marketing

Cons

Very few become agents, loss almost 200 employees per quarter, bench markets are to demanding, focus is on life not P n C . End up building your book of business for existing Agent.... CEO disconnect with new agents and so are his corp managers, don't give military discounts even though CEO Retired from Air force as High Ranked Officer..
