Pros
When I was there it was a relaxed environment. I was paid a few dollars over minimum wage. For a time I felt like an important part of the company.
Cons
My raise was only a raise to the new base pay. I was constantly forgotten about during promotions. I traveled over an hour for this job and also worked at 2-3 different locations for a time because I loved my job and I was trying to show that I was ready for management. Most of the time when traveling between stores I was the temporary acting manager. My passion and commitment was never recognized.
