Pros

Great experience with customer service handling a personal item people are addicted to. Skills to be gained from having the job. Management always was helpful in solving issues, training, and general support.

Cons

Dealing with unreasonable customers who are extremely emotional about cell phones. Techs are underpaid for the profit these guys are turning. At least if you’re in a busy store. A busy tech makes as much money as the ones at the less busy stores. Seems like repair commission would be reasonable

It's a very good opportunity to learn to work on printed circuit boards and advance tech.

Cons

Pay is basically minimum wage or a couple of dollars more. I didn't see much support from corporate, could have been this particular location. There are no standard operating procedures.
