Pros

Best training in the industry by far, as long as your owner cares. For every great owner that is engaged there are ones that leave the system on autopilot.

Cons

Pay is completely based on your owner. As someone who had a decent owner, do not expect to make much over 15 an hour. After five years and one raise to 16 an hour, with constant talk of "eventual partnerships". It's easy to get strung along.

Pros

Very good business plan, if Franchisees / Owners follow corporate policies/procedures and properly train and provide support to technicians and managers. Almost every human being owns a cell phone. Humans are accident prone. When accidents happen, humans need their phones fixed!

Cons

I was promised an opportunity to become a Co-Franchisee / Owner. That never materialized. I had to operate the store on a shoestring budget. My Franchisees / Owners purchased substandard parts directly from China. They would not properly train technicians and managers. Their idea of training was for you to watch a You Tube How-To Video. They would not replace light bulbs, fix faulty wiring or repair broken water heater. They would not pay for janitorial services, window cleaning or pest control. I had to do all of that myself. I worked 50 - 60 hours per week. I was given no lunch breaks away from the store. My lunch was typically eaten in between waiting on customers. I got every other Saturday off. The store was closed on Sundays.

Pros

work on cell phones electronics all day. (if you like that sort of thing)

Cons

Management only cares about filling their own pockets. They will be nice to your face and then talk behind your back. They pay unfair salaries and don't truly care about their employees. As an employee here you will be expendable. Management has not the slightest idea of how to properly run a business or how to treat their employees. Management will run this business into the ground as it's already headed there.
