Pros

The company network was great and a lot of access to information as a whole.

Cons

The particular franchise I worked for was not a good work environment. Management talked down to employees and customers alike. Processes were explained without background knowledge and I quote "I don't know why it works, it just does." These are not words you want to hear from the owner who won't accept new methods out of ignorance.

Pros

One of the owners is pretty cool. Not much other than that.

Cons

Owners encourage employees to go through customers information on phones. Specifically encourage male employees to look for naked pictures on attractive female customers phones. Owner, Mike, screams and curses at employees on a regular basis. Tells everyone they are stupid and gloats about how amazing he is. Very high stress environment. Owner micromanages employees, doesn't value employee efforts, owner actively promotes his political beliefs and belittles people who don't agree. Uses racial slurs in about all sentences and constantly talks about wanting to have inappropriate relations with female customers. No benefits to speak of. Owner actively makes an effort to avoid having to pay benefits and varsity pays employees above minimum wage. Unpaid Saturday meetings required. Against the law. 60 hours required, only 1 day off for all employees. They operate based on fear. They make the employees fearful of losing their jobs. Everything is so unorganized, they use a broken pos that some kid made and didn't finish, no inventory system to speak of... It's just bad.
