very little busy work. easy to use pos computer system. All ordering done on ebay

Cons

controlled by cpr corporate and the owners have very little control over anything involving the creative direction or logistics of the business.

Pros

Industry is taking off and there could be some great opportunities ahead, just not here. Run as fast as you can in the other direction.

Cons

You don’t get paid for what you put in. They try and thrill you with “perks” but these all go to the top elite in the company. No HR. Exclusion rather than inclusion. You have to play along or you are out. Bye bye opinions. Only interested in selling more licenses and not investing in their network or employees.

Great concept. High customer satisfaction when you are able to make a repair.

Cons

Very little practical support for franchisees. Corporate mgt is disconnected from grass roots stores. Very little useable training given to techs.
