Pros

Improved vision over the last 3 years. New CEO is bringing private sector approach and accountability to this public sector utility.

Cons

IT teams have too many riders and not enough leaders. This expense is hurting ability to execute, but CPSE lacks to political will to do what is necessary to deal with the problem. As a muni, CPSE is still driven too much by city politics rather than what is best for customers and a PC culture that doesn't always reward merit and protects non-performers.

Pros

The people are very friendly and there are a lot of company events and clubs that foster a good environment.

Cons

The average age of the people working is older, so for a young intern there tends to be a generation gap.
