Pros

Decent benefits, pension plan, good family/work balance, stable employment for someone who doesn't want to have to work too hard.

Cons

Little to no career growth, little to no opportunity for legit training, low pay, no flexible work options, lack innovation and motivation to go the extra mile for their employees.

Pros

Interview process was very adaptive for initial interview allowing a phone/panel style interview so I did not have to travel the 900+ miles

Cons

No follow up other then 'we should have made a decision by x date' and nothing from then on. Even after calling or emailing not even a return call.
