Pros

1) Amazing place to grow technically 2) Most of the employees are great professionals 3) Very strong technical requirements 4) Code quality is a priority 5) Strong code reviews help to be a professional 6) Very friendly and funny environment 7) Nice office spaces

Cons

1) As every company, CQG also have cons, but for me they are so minor that there is no need to say something.

Pros

Conditions are very good. Nice office with good location. Atmosphere is really friendly. Workplace is comfortable. Opportunities for growth technically and grow your career.

Cons

I don't know any significant cons. Maybe working hours are not convenient for family, but comfortable anyway.
