      Competitive pay Weekly pay Lots of PTO

      Cons

      Long days when your a salary employee. The first 5 months on the job I worked everyday at least 12 hours/day and only had 1 day off in 5 months. I didn't get any extra compensation during this time. Reason for so much time spent working wasn't couldn't hire another person(s) to take some of the workload.

      Pros

      This job is basically like being a host at a restaurant. You pick up loads in Windsor, CO, and return them to the AB Beer Plant in Fort Collins Colorado. Some nights are fast-paced and you will be working the whole time or you will do one load and sit on your phone for 8 hours.

      Cons

      CR England hires just about anybody. Do what you will with that information. I'd say the biggest con is the communication and team work at times.
