      1. Accelerated learning is great if you invest the time to use the tools provided to you. 2. The instructors (that I had) were all very respectful, professional and approachable. 3. The students in my group were very supportive of one another. 4. My travel to the facility and lodging were provided, which allowed for me to show up early without any stress so I could be prepared to learn 4. Ability to test multiple times if necessary, as long as I made progress

      Cons

      These "cons" are realky just sshort term inconveniences. 1. Dorm environment - snoring, lack of cleanliness of other students and had a top bunk for the first few nights (I was able to move to a bottom bunk). 2. In an industrial park, so it was necessary to take a shuttle to get any supplies and there was nothing to do other than watch tv or study. 3. Having to wait 48 hours to take the test again. 4. Only way to heat food was by microwave

      New trucks if you maintain a perfect score.

      Cons

      Poor training (“trip plan, trip plan, trip plan, goal, practice backing, etc” but do you actually get properly trained to do these things? NO!, terrible gps equipment, low pay (can’t afford to buy suitable gps unit). So when you get sent places like NYC, you’re screwed. The whole organization is so awesome that they have no idea what the other guy is doing. I had to spend hours on the phone to get money that I was supposed to be getting automatically (repeatedly). The place is a machine, with so many leaks and an every man for himself culture it’s a wonder they’re still in business.

      STOP IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING CRE. TURN AROUND AND GO TO WORK FOR A GOOD COMPANY. You will be disipointed or go broke pay is non stable. Driver management is poorest a round. Miles poor, Company is failing under the Grandchildrens mamagement. You can do way better with good carriers. Do not get in their trap. Warming you.
