Pros

The classroom instructor was great. That's the ONLY pro

Cons

You get placed with social deviants and bottom dwellers. Ex crackheads, drinkers, thieves, lies, and problem child's that need to grow up. One person kicks them off the truck and they get reassigned to another person. Passing the rejects around. Training is not free. Half the trainers don't train. They say you're doing fine and goes to sleep. The students don't learn how to do logs or anything then you expect someone who gets stuck with them to do the real training. The place looks like a refugee camp. The turnover rate is high because the good ones can't stand working for a company that treats them like dirt. American owned company running like a puppy mill. Yes. You will take anything that can stand. You keep the tweakers, liars, backstabbing, thieves, suck ups. You expect the serious truckers to put up with a liars . Try giving a backing test. What makes you keep a person that is immature and can't keep focused on driving other than to admire themselves and try to impress others?

Pros

The work environment here in Salt Lake City is good. The company tries hard to "on the surface" make their people feel needed.

Cons

In the IT world there was entirely too much work. I have worked in IT for over 20 years and never have I found a bigger sweatshop than CR England. From my first day there I received no training, no background on how things work or technology infrastructure training and you are expected to pick "everything" up by osmosis. Once again, as an employee, you are buried in way too much work. It was mind boggling. Its impossible to succeed in that type of environment.

Pros

Training was great. Made many friends.

Cons

they have you sign a contract over the course of three days without affording you a chance to ever read it and never give you your copy. They make the class back date the contract too. They act like used car salesmen by switch and bait tactics bringing you far away from home by grey hound bus and pressure you to commit to some large amount of money while never telling you what you just signed. They exploit poor ignorant people
