Cons

Horrible trainers which makes even worse drivers .10/m to start Home only 12 days a year as company driver Can't trust any one DM's are hit and miss Don't even bother calling them with an issue unless you're ready for it to take a very long time to resolve.

I had a horrible mentor. He masturbated in the sleeper while I was driving and fondled himself in the passenger seat while I was driving. After being placed with another mentor and completion of training, I was assigned to a team. We reached our destination and were told that we must pay out of pocket for them to unload the truck. The amount they asked for was more than my paycheck!

The instructors at the Salt Lake City Terminal are excellent. They will ensure you have the tools to become a successful truck driver.

Cons

The company itself is total and utter let down and disappointment no communication between departments so you are constantly having to waste time explaining to different departments. When all they had to do was take notes on the computer screen so the next DM know of the situation. Everyone has to drive team and if you take more than 4 days home time you have to let somebody drive your truck while you are on home time. All help for me stopped when I got approved for a service dog thru the VA and now they can't find a truck for me but yet there are a veterans supporting company.
