They are horrible, starting from day 1 “boot camp”. 1 lie after another, often contradicting each other at every stage of management. You won’t get home first few months, after that rarely. Pay is much lower than other trucking companies, training is shoddy where it counts. The small raises you get always put you behind other trucking companies at every experience level. Almost everyone quits or gets fired first few weeks, occasionally someone will last a year. There are better companies offering free trucking school, use them.
