      at least you'll get your cdl?

      Cons

      no home time without twisting arms, super low pay unless you're a trainer (.20cpm or less). unless you're pushing 2500 solo/5000duo a week, you wont make money.

      Pros

      Good equipment; good training; overall good company that seems to care for their drivers. Many opportunities to grow into a good driving job

      Cons

      DM was somewhat calloused and seemed to be only interested in production. Need to be a little more concerned with work life balance. The biggest negative is the team aspect of training with someone with little or no more experience than the second seat.

      Pros

      Most of the trucks are late model.

      Cons

      They bring in too many students every week knowing they do not have the trainers or trucks to support them. Phase II team drivers get 3000 miles at .14 CPM.
