During the recruiting process, they will tell you they have local routes. However, as you complete their training process, they will try to push you to Over the Road (OTR) routes. Once in OTR, you will not have home time for 3 to 5 weeks. Which is not accurate, as their Driver Managers (DM) will keep you out far longer than you are told. Paid training? Its better described as cheap labor, "YOU DO NOT GET PAID WHAT THEY TELL YOU." Plus you are held liable for your a $3,000.00 tuition fee, for attending their free driving school. Such tuition fee is better described as retention fee. Paid referrals? there is no such thing, as stated by their staff at Fontana Premier Truck Driving School (CR England's shell corporation). It is by far an un-ethical and poor performing company. If you would like to work for a company which miss-represents itself, and abuse their employees, this would be your perfect fit.

This company will lie to you and pressure you into signing a lease before you are even ready to be a company solo driver, let alone an IC. I have been broken down and in and out of serious problems and they could care less. DO NOT LEASE A TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE, you and your family will suffer. If you are willing to play their games, you are better off going company. You will scratch out a living making slave wages though, and NEVER get home until you quit.
