Pros

Some of the staff where nice and helpful in the training process. Had the overload hotel which serve breakfast was nice but that was the only thing free in c r England world. c r England company hotel gave u free coffee that was it.

Cons

Biggest problem they bring to many people in at 1 time. i talk to a few people in the hotel and found out a few of them where sitting in the hotel for weeks and some for months waiting for a company truck. I feel as it is a scam to get people to lease trucks. There website is telling u while your in training u get $450.00 a week while training. Not true u get 61.50 daily while in a truck w a trainer and there's no pay for the 1 1/2 to 2 weeks u sit at there school. Had couple of classmate who jump on there trainers truck and took 2 small trips and was drop off at another terminal for like a week with no pay. most of the people in the terminal are not professional at all. promise everyone you don't want this even if your going for your cdl find a better company. you will be hating yourself for trying to work for this company. they do not give you time for study rush rush rush that there name of the game. Its not fair for those who are trying to get there CDL

Pros

If you are going to ( SUB ) lease a truck, they love you and cut your needed 60 day training to 30 days. If you are a OTR trainer they love you, you train drivers to support the new people in the lease trucks as second seat drivers @ .13 per mile, after your 60 days of training.

Cons

You can not make a living @ .13 per mile and pay back the school loan, feed your self, pay your bills @ home. If the drivers truck has there70 hr. limit and they are going home, the second seat driver gets to stay in the truck for the 35 hr. shutdown.I would hope knowone would get an indpendent driver like I did!! 1,200,000 miles, orignal exhust, schocks, dirty cab and sleeper, and a dog that I got to sleep with !!! wet or not.( For some reason company driver positions are very hard to get. They have hundreds waiting for company trucks, but gess what there all second seat drivers in lease trucks!
