      Corporate Sucks but the rest is good

      Pros

      Fair pay. Decent benifits. Training provided. Truck and equipment provided. New equipment and equipment is well cared for. Weekly pay advances allowed.

      Cons

      Horrible training staff. Placement coordinators dont fo their jobs. Dispatch changes monthly. Company cant keep drivers, dispatchers, or any employees for any real length of time. Forced into fleets that you may not want just to allow the placement coordinator to get a bonus.

      Pros

      You used to be able to make a living here. You had the ability to earn a bonus and be your own boss. Micro managing and nepotism have eliminated that.

      Cons

      Every time an England graduates from any school they are shoved into a VP position with no experience. I worked there for 5 years, went through 3 mass layoffs. They started lowering pay by 15k a year on new office employees. Average length of employment used to be 10 years. Now it's 6 months. They constantly lie and change bonus numbers after the period is over, shorting you. They do not care about drivers. I was a driver manager and team lead, and they treat drivers like garbage and never want them to go home. Upper management changes course and direction every week, making consistency impossible. Do not work here.

      Pros

      Decent equipment, friendly staff, great co workers, safety is on point, you will learn alot while working here.

      Cons

      Home time, pay is too low, no activity pay, dispatch can play favorites, no bonuses, drivers don't come first. This is my personal experience can vary
