      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Friendly coworkers. There is plenty of work to go around and opportunities to travel and see different parts of the country.

      Cons

      A lot of time away from home with little time off. Driver managers sometimes come off as insensitive, caring more about on time deliveries and the bottom line than the well being of their drivers.

      Pros

      Great company to start your career. I'm thankful they helped me get my CDL. If you're a fast learner you'll love the school and training on the road. I was lucky I got a good trainer on the road. Made good friends during school.

      Cons

      I had a bad experience during my stay at the hotel. My first roommate didn't pass the written test so he went back to the hotel earlier than I did. When I arrived he was gone and so was my sleeping bag, my headphones and my Versace perfume.... I told CR England and they didn't do anything, I told the hotel and they didn't do much. My advice for new students; DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUEBLES at the hotel and DONT TRUST YOUR FIRST ROOMMATE since he's likely to leave sooner than you do !!

      Pros

      co-workers who try to do the right thing..to help the drivers.

      Cons

      management getting in the way..using to many reports to micromanage everyone. to much nepotism with promotions. to many useless meetings to justify management leadership positions. To much rah-rah, not enough front line help for the drivers. They say they are a 'family business." yes a very dysfunctional family.!!
