Pros
Developed a relationship and understating with my DM's so I get decent home time and they accommodate me for family events. I need to earn them and put in work to get that time off though.
Cons
Have been with the company almost 2yrs and have not recieved any pay increase and is the same thing over and over. DM's dictate how much you make so sometimes can be ok and sometimes very poor. You live in a truck and messes with your mental health a lil never knowing where your gonna end up or what city you'll be sleeping in. Exercise and nutrition is very poor out here and I live of. Truck stop food. I have no schedule and my sleep habits are horrible , I either work day evenings or graveyards so random and is very hard to deal with. I respect the guys that I work with and my DM's but as I'm sitting here in my truck in BFE I'm searching other jobs and Im ready to quit. Will give my 2 week notice outta respect but am at that point where this isn't working. NO INCENTIVE
