      This is the best place to start a trucking career.

      Pros

      The company is big and because of that there is lots of operational support. You never have to worry about being told to drive when tired, if your manager tells you to drive tired or fatigued they will be fired. This company is also a driver factory and churn out hundreds of drivers weekly. If you truly want to be a truck driver this is the place to start.

      Cons

      The company is so big you are still just a pawn. Initial commitment after training is eight months.

      The instructors are willing to work with you at the school.

      They tell one story to get you there and then another once you do get there. You may end up stranded once there.

      got me back into trucking after 20 yrs of being out of it...will hire and train you if you need it and will even get you your cdl

      Cons

      orientation is unpaid, they supply no meals, only thing they give you is a free room in a crappy rundown motel that they own. DO NOT let them talk you into leasing, they will screw you. they own the leasing company and the insurance company you'll be forced to use. I leased and turned in the truck and left owing them money so they claimed. Every lease driver i spoke with was very unhappy and just waiting for the lease to end.
