Stay busy year round even in winter

Cons

Very disorganized, I find myself alone a lot stuck doing all the tasks at my location. Not only is it dangerous, I don't get paid to do 5 people's jobs let alone my own. Its very frustrating. I'm constantly guessing what the management wants.
