Cons

Just like other major companies, a lot of people got promoted based on who they knew, not on their competence. Didn't see a lot of diversity in management level people.

Large company, fair benefits, vacation and expense reimbursement. Local people good to work with. Years of experience to learn from.

Cons

No feedback on job performance. Hard to do sales with no sale figures. No target numbers supplied but always complaining about the level of sales generated.
