Pros

great team members, equity is rewarded like candy, good company wide culture. The office is pretty cool.

Cons

Management on a couple teams is flawed. My manager played favorites for his friends and offered little to no guidance on how to improve at my role. There was supposed to be a mentorship program but that didn't go anywhere, and . Received little to no training on important job functions that led to frustration when I was constantly called out for not doing the function correctly, and was one of the biggest reasons I left.

Have been consistently impressed with the consistent level of ownership and continual growth of the offering. If you need something to make the business better it is as many hands on deck as you need. Great partner and security community who are recognizing the value we bring to the table.
