      Pros

      Smart coworkers, cool building, Tech company feeling environment.

      Cons

      Leadership culture is toxic. Executive leaders are only interested in keeping costs down, and will do anything including threatening employees to do it. There is no chance for advancement or growth, There is a boys club at the top that protect their positions by preventing career growth at the bottom any way they can.

      Growing - Consistent and Constant

      Pros

      Office culture is moving in the right direction to accomodate a hybrid work environment. The talent is dedicated. They really want to build, deploy, and support cutting edge cyber security solutions. The leadership is focused on employees and reading the market from both a cyber security solution landscape as well as economic winds.

      Cons

      There is a ton of pressure to move quickly on building and expanding the service offerings. Communication is open, but because so much is a priority things start to become less of a priority department by department. Misses on some key hires have meant we are struggling to catch up momentum in a couple supporting areas.

      Great culture and technology.

      Pros

      You don't realize how bad things are/were, until you work for a great company with a great culture. Critical Start has a really great culture. Communications are abundant and transparency is top notch. Everyone works as a team to achieve the corporate mission.

      Cons

      Still have some growing pains. It is complicated to hire A-players 100% of the time, but when mistakes are made, they are corrected. Very few Cons at Critical Start after being here almost 1 year. All of the teams are doing a great job and leadership is steering them all in the right direction.
