This company is unlike any other. They hire and retain top talent due to their positive atmosphere of extreme ownership and actually make it happen!

Cons

Technology is not perfect and even though these people are brilliant, they are not immune to errors in new codes. It's although rare and handled swiftly!

Too many sales people-lots of internal competition

Competent engineering. Decent array of solutions available

Cons

Ever seen a company grow too fast? Exhibit 1....If you have relationships as a sales rep, you likely can't leverage many of them because they are hiring sales reps at rapid pace and have oversaturated the market with salespeople. Pie is cut very slim and turnover for newer reps who aren't early participants who got their names on key accounts is high

Ideas are always welcome. CS is a healthy, supportive environment and a fun place to work! The owners are always looking for ways to make employees happier.

I can’t think of any cons worth mentioning. Sometimes I get cold in the office?
