Critical Start boasts a team of top-tier professionals across all departments—SOC, Customer Success, Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, etc. Our core values, centered around prioritizing the customer, supporting our employees, and "don't do things that suck", are deeply ingrained in the culture and are represented through each internal interaction. Leadership is supportive and each colleague understands that we are working toward a common goal. There's a strong track record of tenure and continuous opportunities for growth. If you're driven and looking for your next career move I highly recommend Critical Start.

Still a really good culture. Love that even though there's a heirarchy you don't have to feel nervous talking to C Level. Very open. CEO is very transparent
