Pros

CS is very progressive and always has the customer's best interest in mind. Fun place to work with a complete lack of corp politics. Management communicates well and often.

Cons

Need a few more quiet areas to work. Can't wait for new building to be completed.

Pros

Critical Start has been one of the best employment experiences I've had. I can't speak for everyones experience, but the leadership has been transparent and strong and always receptive to feedback for me. The talent the company hires and retains says a lot about the company itself. If you want to work with the best people in the industry, and have them get personally involved in mentoring you and seeing you succeed, this is an incredible place to be. A lot of these guys have "made it" in security technically and financially and make it a point to try to bring others on the journey with them, it was almost a shock to me to have that kind of altruism and desire to see others succeed.

Cons

Incredibly fast paced, even to the point of being challenging to adjust to. Very, very challenging. I know this is typical of "start-ups", but I think this is a permanent culture at the company. The leadership moves fast and they do expect people to keep up, they have high expectations of all the employees and there will be some people who will just not adjust or be able to function at this pace.
