Night-shift is the only real con. However it's never permanent.

Pros

I looked at building a security VAR/MDR/MSSP and Critical Start is what I would have built. The managed services are exactly what I needed when I was a lead over security at my last enterprise job. Great people and super smart engineers.

Cons

Better health insurance would be a plus
